Ikan bakar ( grilled fish ) is one of the favourite and popular food in Malaysia. Ikan bakar normally eaten with sauces and "nasi lemak" ( Coconut-flavoured rice meal ) Last week I "belanja" ( treat ) my staff at Medan Ikan Bakar Umbai. It's a popular place in Malacca that only served all marine food even Shah Rukh Khan the top Bollywood Actor came here to had ikan bakar. Well they deserved to be "belanja" They have done a good job and complete the task before due date.. Keep it up boys!
